How we protect you.
We're early, and still deciding a lot of the details — how accounts will work, what security model we'll use, how the product will be priced. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise specifics we haven't locked in yet.
What we hold right now
Today, trialtree.health is a waitlist while we carefully build the search. The only thing we hold is the email address you gave us to be told when we open, and — if you chose to share it — whether you're a patient, a loved one, or a clinician. That's it. You can have it deleted anytime by writing to hello@trialtree.health. We have collected no health information from anyone, and we won't until the search is ready and reviewed.
What we can promise today
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We collect as little as possible. No documents to upload. No phone number or address required.
- You're never required to add health information before we're ready to responsibly collect it.
What's still being decided
We don't yet have final answers on things like exactly how accounts and sign-in will work, what our security and encryption approach will be, or what a paid tier — if any — will look like. Rather than describe a design that could still change, we'll publish the specifics here once they're actually built and reviewed.
