From your first answer to a list you can bring to your care team — every step, how long it takes, and what's happening behind the curtain, with the promises built into each one.
Our system reads every recruiting trial on ClinicalTrials.gov — thousands of pages of medical fine print — and turns each trial's eligibility rules into a precise checklist a computer can evaluate. Each checklist keeps a word-for-word quote of the trial text it came from, and a sample is independently audited.
The tree is your profile. Every dot is a recruiting trial, checked against it and placed on one of three shelves — even "likely not" stays on your list, with the reason shown. Then the card flips over: an early look at your results page.

Every trial stays visible. Nothing is ever hidden from you.
Start typing in your own words — even misspelled — and matching tiles appear: big, tappable answer cards written in plain language. You pick the card that fits your cancer type, stage, key test results, treatments so far. "I'm not sure" is always one of the cards, and there are no documents to upload.
Not seeing your answer? Submit it anyway — your intake continues with your response taken into account. And in the process, you'll have helped the system get better for patients just like you.
The questions come straight from the trials' own checklists — we only ask what trials actually decide on. An answer we haven't seen before can never count against you; it becomes one of the first things we teach the system next.
Your answers are used for exactly one thing — finding your matches. They're never sold and never shared for someone else's purposes, and they're protected with strong security from the moment you enter them. The full promises live in How we protect you.
Your answers are checked against every trial's checklist, and each trial lands on a shelf: strong match, worth confirming, or likely not — with the reason shown for every one.
The matching math has one unbreakable rule: a question you couldn't answer can never disqualify you. Unknowns move a trial to "worth confirming" — never off your list.
Before your list is final, an AI reviewer re-examines what the matching engine produced — starting with the borderline calls. It's only allowed to move trials up a shelf, never down, never off your list. It never sees who you are — only anonymous medical facts.
Each trial comes with why it matched, what's still worth confirming (often a single lab value your care team has on file), where it runs, and the questions worth asking.
The final call on any trial always belongs to you, your doctor, and the trial's own screening team. Our job is to make sure you walk into that conversation with the full picture — not to make the decision for you.
We never bury an option behind a paywall or a guess. Every recruiting trial gets a place on your list — with the reason.
Any question you couldn't answer moves a trial to "worth confirming" — it can never disqualify you.
Your answers are never sold, never shared for someone else's purposes, and protected with strong security from the moment you enter them.
And when you come back: new trials appear every week, and they're checked the same careful way. If you want, a reminder email can nudge you — it only ever says "new trials were added," never anything about your health.
The search is being built carefully, one cancer type at a time. We'll tell you the moment it opens.
