trialtree.health is very early. We haven't finalized how accounts, security, or health-data collection will work, so we'd rather keep this page honest and simple than promise specifics that could still change. Here's exactly where things stand today.
Who we are
trialtree.health helps people facing cancer find clinical trials that may fit their situation. You can reach us anytime at hello@trialtree.health.
What we collect today
Right now, trialtree.health is a waitlist while we build the search. The only information we hold is:
- The email address you give us to be told when we open.
- Optionally, whether you're a patient, a loved one, or a clinician — if you chose to tell us.
We have not collected any health information from anyone, and we will not until the search is built and reviewed. You can have your email deleted anytime by writing to hello@trialtree.health.
What's still being decided
We know accounts will use email, but we haven't finalized how that will work — for example, exactly what an account will and won't be able to access, or our security and data-storage approach more broadly. We also haven't decided on pricing or whether there will be a free tier. Rather than describe a design that could still change, we'll publish real specifics here once they're actually built and reviewed.
What we can promise today
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We use the minimum needed to do the job, and nothing more.
- Unsubscribe or delete anytime. Email hello@trialtree.health and we'll remove you.
Tracking
We keep the site light and quiet. We don't use advertising trackers or sell analytics about you. The waitlist form talks directly to our own database to record your signup, and nothing more.
This isn't medical advice
trialtree.health helps you explore options and understand them. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace your care team. Any trial you find should be discussed with your doctor, who — along with the trial's own screening — makes the final call on eligibility.
